Refund policy

RETURNS

We hope you love your new purchase! If not and you need to return your order, please do so within 14 days of receiving your delivery, using our RETURNS PORTAL. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

Once we have your return in hand, please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed. When the goods have been inspected, you will then be refunded for the items which you have returned, however, your original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If you have requested an exchange, the new product you have selected will be sent out at our expense. 

If you find any problems with your order on arrival, please send us an email immediately to HELLO@RONNING.STORE so we can assist you in resolving the situation as soon as possible.

Please return all item(s) in their original, unworn condition, folded carefully and placed inside their recycled Ronning Bag as received. All goods must then be suitably packaged so they are not damaged in transit.
