      Where are your clothing and items manufactured?

      We currently work exclusively with factories in Portugal and United Kingdom. All of our clothing is made in Portugal around the Braga region, whereas our shoes are made in collaboration with Solovair in Wollaston, Northamptonshire.

       

      I am shopping from outside UK, will I have to pay import fees or duties?

      All of our orders are shipped from Northern Ireland, so customers in UK and Europe will not be paying any extra fees. Please see our "SHIPPING" tab here for more information.

       

      Which size do I need?

      We have size guides on each product listing with all the measurements of that specific item, please inspect these for further assistance for each individual item.

      We offer two leg lengths across most of our trousers, these are marked as "R" and "L" for "Regular" and "Long". The "L" sizes are 2 inches (5CM) longer than our "R" models.

       

      Do you offer returns?

      Yes we offer returns! Online shopping is hard and sometimes something doesn't fit, or not what you expected - we accept returns across every style, please find more information about our returns process here!

       

      How do I track my order?

      As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail verifying that we have received your order. Once the order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your tracking number, enabling you to track your order on our provider's website.

       

      I have made a mistake, how do I cancel / modify my order?

      If you have spotted a mistake or for any reason want to cancel an order - please get in touch on hello@ronning.store as soon as possible. We constantly ship orders throughout the day, so if your order hasn't been shipped yet, we are able to modify or cancel the order before being despatched.
