Shipping & Returns


We ship internationally using a range of premium couriers and shipping partners. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based upon the weight of your order and the destination country.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1PM (Mon-Fri) the same day, orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.

  • United States - orders over $225 USD
  • Europe - orders over €200 EUR
  • Denmark - orders over kr.1500 DKK
  • Norway - orders over kr.2800 NOK
  • Sweden - orders over kr.2400 SEK
  • Switzerland - orders over 240 CHF
  • Canada - orders over $350 CAD
  • Rest of the World - orders over $350 USD


Customers shopping from the UK/EU/USA will not receive any additional fees upon delivery. 

We cannot guarantee that customers outside these regions will not receive any additional import/customs fees.

Unfortunately, we are unable to markdown the value of any shipments as we have to legally declare all goods as their correct value.


We hope you love your new purchase! If not and you need to return your order, please do so within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Once we have your return in hand, please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed. When the goods have been inspected, you will then be refunded for the items which you have returned, however, your original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

If you find any problems with your order on arrival, please send us an email immediately to HELLO@RONNING.STORE so we can assist you in resolving the situation as soon as possible.

Please return all item(s) in their original, unworn condition, folded carefully and placed inside their recycled Ronning polybag as received. All goods must then be suitably packaged so they are not damaged in transit. Also, make sure to complete the returns slip included in your order in full and include it inside the package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all returns must be sent to the address shown on the returns slip. Please ensure to clearly mark any customs documents as "RETURNED GOODS" as any returns which we receive with unpaid duties/customs/fees will be rejected. We recommend sending via a tracked/insured service so that if anything goes wrong in transit, you are covered by the shipping company. 


We recognise the challenges of gift shopping, so we're extending our return window for Christmas orders. If you place an order between December 1st and December 25th, you'll have until February 1st 2024, to return any unwanted items. The remainder of our returns policy outlined above remains in effect.
