I am shopping from outside UK, will I have to pay import fees or duties?

Customers in UK/EU/USA will not pay any additional fees upon delivery. Please see our "SHIPPING" tab here for more information.

Which size do I need?

We have size guides on each product listing with all the measurements of that specific item, please inspect these for further assistance for each individual item.

We offer two leg lengths across most of our trousers, these are marked as "R" and "L" for "Regular" and "Long". The "L" sizes are 2 inches (5CM) longer than our "R" models.

Do you offer returns?

Yes we offer returns! Online shopping is hard and sometimes something doesn't fit, or not what you expected - we accept returns across every style, please find more information about our returns process here!

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail verifying that we have received your order. Once the order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your tracking number, enabling you to track your order on our provider's website.

I have made a mistake, how do I cancel / modify my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders after they are placed. Please make sure to confirm you have selected the right size and entered the correct shipping information before checking out.
